Once you have submitted your form you’ll receive a confirmation message and a copy of your booking form will be emailed to you.
If you don’t get a confirmation screen or email (check your junk folder) it means the form hasn’t gone through.
Try the following suggestions:
– reduce the resolution size of your images by re-sizing them.
– ensure all fields in the form are complete.
– refresh your browser.
– try a different browser like Google chrome.
– try a different device like phone, tablet, laptop, computer either at home or work.
– get someone to help you.
– ensure you aren’t using all capital letter.
