After the success of last year’s inaugural event we are bringing this to Newcastle again! We have a big beautiful venue sponsoring the event and providing live music. Food and drink will be available for shoppers to make a night of it.
This is an exclusive event with only 8 eco fashion stalls available for hire.
Stallholder Information & Conditions:
– Stall Fee $110 (2.4m x 2.4m)
– Insurance PLI is covered under the venue’s insurance. You may require you own product liability insurance.
– No food or drink can be brought into the venue.
– Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard.
– Illegal or counterfeit items are not welcome.
– All equipment required needs to be supplied by the stallholder.
– Set-up details will be emailed to stallholders 2 weeks prior.
– Fees to be paid within 7 days of receiving confirmation email.
– If the event date falls within 7 days, the stall fee needs to be paid immediately after confirmation for guarantee of stall availability.
– Stallholders are expected to promote the event to their networks (organisers will provide ideas and shareable graphics).
– Refunds 50% up to 6 weeks before the event date. No refunds within 6 weeks.
– Any damage caused by the stallholder or their items will be paid for by the stallholder.
– Stallholders are responsible for their stall security of their own goods and monies. No responsibility is taken by the organisers for theft, loss or damage.
– We reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons at our sole discretion.
– Any photos and information sent by you can be used in any promotional material.
– All photographs taken by our photographers are property of us and can be used in any of future promotion and advertising.
